FTP Settings
Please contact us if you are interested in sharing project files via FTP. We will give you a username and password that will grant you FTP access and enable you to upload and download files. If you already have your project username and password, do the following:
For Windows
1. Double click on My Computer to open a new window.
2. In the address field, type ftp.vdkarch.com, and press Enter.
3. You will be prompted for the username and password you received when you contacted us.
4. Once logged in, simply drag and drop your file selections in the window to begin the transfer.
For Mac
1. In your preferred FTP application, type ftp.vdkarch.com in the Server/Host field.
2. Enter the username and password, then connect.
3. Drag and drop selected files to begin transferring.
